Beginning his career at the spritely age of 16, Theo learned his tricks of the trade alongside his father working on various home improvement projects growing up; flooring, roofing, fencing, decking, drywall, remodels, etc. While attending College, Theo started his own general contracting business and broadened his experience in the industry as a sole proprietor. After 3 years of owning his business he joined a local family-owned firm where they focused on multi-family reclads. 

Theo has an incredible eye for craftsmanship while putting practicality and functionality at the forefront of his design recommendations. Clients benefit from his thoughtfulness, knowledge, and keen sense of perfectionism.
